  1. Dispite One Woman’s Complaint

    I couldn’t wait to go home from the seminar and share the best exercises for fast weight loss with my friends. I am apart of a weight loss club and I know they will be excited with what I learned today. I particularly liked that the exercises that we were shown because they were easy enough for me to do. These exercises were challenging but I could keep up and that is what attracted me to them. I know that these are the type of exercises that my friends in my workout group can do and will love to do.

    When I arrived at the gym where my friends and I were planning to work out, I couldn’t wait for them to try the exercises. I was right. They loved them. Only one person complained because she thought that they were too difficult to do but the rest of the quad disagreed. We had a great time trying the new exercises despite one lady’s complaint. We all agreed that we would use these exercises from now on. I think that we will see good results if we stick with our diets and continue doing these exercises everyday.


  2. Trying to Keep Down the Stress

    I want to lose weight so I decided to purchase a book about weight loss. But, my girlfriend is so protective that she took the book from me to read first. She said she wanted to make sure that the book was offering safe weight loss advice. She is somewhat of a fitness fanatic. I tried to lose weight working with her but it is too stressful so I decided to do it on my own with her support of course. I think this book would be fine since it was referred to me by a fitness trainer friend.

    When my girlfriend asked me how did I come by this book, I told him that I found it in the bookstore. I didn’t want him to know that my fitness buddy gave it to me. She is a little jealous of her so I try to keep the stress level down. My friend told me that she gave this book to her mother and that is how I know that the stuff in this book is safe. She would never give her mother something that was not safe but I can’t tell my girlfriend that.


  3. As If She Betrayed My Secret

    I noticed that my girlfriend was reading a book called how to lose weight forever. I was trying to understand why she was reading this book because she is so thin. The last thing she would need is to lose more weight. Then it occurred to be that she might be reading this book for me. I am overweight and I am always on one diet or another. I waited to see if my girlfriend would say anything to me about the book but she did not. So I decided that I could not wait any longer.

    I confronted her about the book he was reading. I asked her why would he be reading a book about how to lose weight forever. I was almost yelling at her as if she has betrayed my secret. She just looked at me and then said that the book belonged to his sister and she wanted to make sure that it was safe for her to try. I had forgotten about Sandy, she was a little thick like me. I asked if I could read the book too when she was done and she agreed. I told her that I wouldn’t mind working with Sandy to lose weight together.


  4. My Sister is at it Again

    My sister is always on a diet or working out but she never sticks to it for long. Today, she told me that she plans to lose weight at home instead of at the gym. We are both enrolled in a gym but never go. I only joined because I thought that if we worked out around other people who it would motivate us. We were motivated to work out in the beginning but then we slacked off as usual. Now, my sister said we should work out at home. I don’t see how that would make a difference.

    I told my sister that I was willing to do it too but she had to promise me that she won’t quit. She doesn’t seem to remember all of the times that she started and stopped. I had to remind her and then she agreed that she would stick to it. She and I sat down and worked out a schedule and a diet plan. We both agreed that diets don’t work and that we needed to replace the junk with veggies, fruits, nuts grains etc. She started to get really excited and I must admit I started to feel the excitement too.


  5. Turning My Home into a Gym

    I am tired of being overweight. I never used to be this heavy in college. This weight just seem to creep up on my and now I want to lose weight at home. I don’t feel comfortable working out in front of people. At first, I thought I would love it but then I realized that didn’t like it. That is when I decided that working out at home would be best for me. My sister thinks that I am making an excuse and that I won’t stick to a workout plan if I am at home.

    I decided that I would prove my sister and anybody else wrong who felt that I wasn’t serious. I plan to lose weight at home with or without her. I know that in the past I started and stopped a workout routine time and time again. But this time I am serious. I don’t like want I see in the mirror and I want to get back to my real body weight. I am tired of being tired and now I feel I am finally ready to commit to working out on a regular basis to get this weight off. This time around will be different.
