I couldn’t wait to go home from the seminar and share the best exercises for fast weight loss with my friends. I am apart of a weight loss club and I know they will be excited with what I learned today. I particularly liked that the exercises that we were shown because they were easy enough for me to do. These exercises were challenging but I could keep up and that is what attracted me to them. I know that these are the type of exercises that my friends in my workout group can do and will love to do.
When I arrived at the gym where my friends and I were planning to work out, I couldn’t wait for them to try the exercises. I was right. They loved them. Only one person complained because she thought that they were too difficult to do but the rest of the quad disagreed. We had a great time trying the new exercises despite one lady’s complaint. We all agreed that we would use these exercises from now on. I think that we will see good results if we stick with our diets and continue doing these exercises everyday.
